We are currently seeking a Digital Adoption Lead, Senior Associate to join our Digital Nexus technology team.
Responsibilities- Oversee the launch and implementation of AI‑driven services, collaborating with cross‑functional program leads to ensure alignment with KPMG's AI Strategy and identifying innovative technology experiences to support in‑person, hybrid, and virtual AI learning.
- Develop and execute an AI strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, focusing on user experience, value, and impact; establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the Network's performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver advanced learning experiences with KPMG's GenAI tools and technologies, building excitement and understanding of AI initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in GenAI tools, models, and services, providing expert guidance and support to employees, leadership, and guests.
- Create and disseminate engaging multimedia content related to GenAI tasks and projects, supporting both functional and firm‑wide use cases.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum three years of recent experience partnering on technology learning initiatives or technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience facilitating team discussions, building training curriculum, and collaborating cross‑functionally; familiarity with user experience design principles, service design, and related methodologies.
- Passion for AI solutions with a consultative and customer‑service orientation; ability to understand technical possibilities and limitations of AI tools and brainstorm creative solutions.
- Exposure to organizational change management or learning and development is preferred.
- Background with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Camtasia; familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Generative AI, and AI agents.
