The Lead Engineer needs to understand the needs of the business along with the technical tools to achieve the department’s goals. The ideal candidate is one who is an experienced technology leader, self-starter, articulate, multi-tasker, and can function as part of a high performing team. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

• Architect and lead the design and development of complex UI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Own projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners, backend teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to modern UI design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  
  Establish and enforce best practice for code quality.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

• BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
• Angular, ASP.NET, .NET Framework Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script.
• Web API.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of MVC.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET WCF, RESTful Services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft web server technologies, IIS configuration, authentication.
• Understanding of T-SQL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
