Wright Technical Services is proud to represent a highly respected Fortune 1000 Insurance company making strides in its industry. Currently seeking a Microsoft 365 Cloud Administrator specializing in Migrations. Primary responsibilities include day-to-day operations and support of productivity and collaborations of M365 cloud technologies. The Cloud Administrator will work closely with other technology teams, profit centers, and global service desks. Perform, monitor, and support M365 tenant migrations.
Monitor Level III enterprise central ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of tech support issues within client defined SLA. Working under the direction of senior leadership and reports to the M365 Cloud Services Manager.
- Bachelor of Science degree and Microsoft Certification are highly preferred but not required
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience supporting and troubleshooting Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, and Teams
- Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations for SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, and Exchange using tools such as Bit Titan/Mig Wiz, and Share Gate
- Experience with Conditional Access, MFA and SSO (Multi-factor Authentication and Single Sign-On)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact and communicate throughout the organization with individuals of varying technical knowledge.
- Technical working experience with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, Multi-factor Authentication, and Entra .
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365; primarily Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Assist in the deployment and support of M365 solutions in the enterprise.
- Experience with cloud-based services in Azure.
- Follow team procedures, identify gaps, and resolve effectively to continuously improve working practices.
- Ensure operational standards are adhered to.
- Always demonstrate and deliver excellent customer service to all clients.
- A passion for customer service and excellent execution.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Available for occasional travel up to 25%.
- Perform discovery and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations for SharePoint, One Drive, Teams, and Exchange utilizing tools such as Bit Titan/Mig Wiz, Quest, and Sharegate.
- Resolve Level III incident tickets via Service Now based on SLA.
- Support M365 products and Azure AD including Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-on (SSO), and related technologies.
- Administer and troubleshoot Outlook/Exchange Online, SharePoint, and One Drive.
- Create new and follow existing check lists to ensure a consistent result for routine and common tasks within our proactive IT management services.
- Document troubleshooting steps and operational documentation for support teams.
