Description:

You will be the Classified Cyber Security professional for the Information Security team. Our team safeguards life-saving products and critical engineering/manufacturing systems while driving digital transformation across Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. What You Will Be Doing As the Classified Cyber Security professional you will be responsible for protecting classified information systems and ensuring full compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Supervise daily information-system security activities, including audits of hardware, software, and RMF package approvals.
* Perform technical administration of information systems to meet internal Lockheed Martin and customer security mandates (RMF-focused).
* Maintain, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security incidents, documenting actions with the ISSM.
* Participate in internal and external security audits, inspections, and risk-assessment efforts, keeping comprehensive configuration-management records.
* Collaborate with the ISSM and Program Security to communicate, implement, and manage the formal Information Security / Information Systems Security Program. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related discipline. Ability to obtain Sec+ or equivalent DoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Management Level II certification within 6 months of employment Knowledgeable of operating system (Windows and/or Linux) security requirements. Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools.

Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and demanding environment. Experience working with classified information systems.

Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts. Knowledge of with system accreditation requirements and NIST 800-53 (DAAG/JSIG)
RMF implementation. Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security. Knowledge of industry standard Information Assurance tools (Splunk,Nessus/Tenable/ACAS, STIG Viewer/SCAP Compliance Checker/eSTIG, McAfee ePO, McAfee DLP). Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers, and senior management. Ability to speak in front of large groups of people.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance.
