At EY, we bring cutting‑edge AI and data science to solve complex business challenges. As a Senior Manager in AI Native Engineering, you will lead teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems tailored to diverse client needs.

• Own engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Drive program and engagement economics, including budgeting and resource planning.
• Lead AI and data pipelines, ensuring data quality, model performance, and operational readiness.
• Architect and implement Model Ops target architectures for scalable AI deployment.
• Collaborate cross‑functional teams (Data Science, MLOps, Cloud, Dev Ops) to deliver production AI solutions.
• Mentor and grow technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Travel as required to serve client engagements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of professional consulting or technology experience, with 3–5+ years managing technical teams.
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (scikit‑learn, PyTorch, Tensor Flow), and cloud ML platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and MLOps tooling (MLFlow, Azure Dev Ops, Git, CI/CD).
• Strong leadership, project management, and client engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

• Leading business or IT transformation projects in AI, data science, and cloud.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and design‑thinking practices.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Exposure to fine‑tuning large language models.

• Competitive salary range: $144,000 – $329,100 (US).
