Implementation Engineer

Worth AI is seeking a dedicated and tech‑savvy Implementation Engineer / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful deployment of our innovative AI technology within the Fin Tech sector while also supporting the post‑sales process.

• Lead the implementation process for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical insights during the post‑sales phase
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Create and deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to address technical questions and provide necessary support throughout the implementation process
• Conduct customer training sessions and develop support materials to facilitate the adoption of our solutions
• Gather customer feedback post‑implementation and relay it to the product development team for ongoing enhancements
• Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in Fin Tech and AI to inform project strategies
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities, pinpoint training gaps, and create materials for client support

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in implementation, preferably in software or startup environments
• Technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React, with manual QA testing; must be able to code and provide QA testing as needed
• Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the Fin Tech industry
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem‑solving aptitude and a customer‑centric mindset
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
