Job Overview
4 Corner Resources is seeking multiple HL7 Engineers for a healthcare organization supporting large-scale clinical data integrations. These fully remote roles focus on building and maintaining secure, high-performance interfaces that connect Epic with other healthcare systems using HL7 standards. NO C2C OR Sponsorship and must currently reside in the U.S.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and support healthcare data interfaces using HL7 standards.
- Develop and maintain real-time data exchange between Epic and external systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot interface failures and data flow issues.
- Partner with clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure accurate data transmission.
- Support ongoing optimization of healthcare integration workflows.
- Senior-level HL7 Interface Developer with deep hands-on experience building and supporting interfaces in Inter Systems IRIS (formerly Ensemble)
- Epic Bridges certification required
- Proven experience with clinical data conversion and migration
, including transforming and loading historical patient data into Epic - Strong background building interfaces between Epic and third‑party applications
- Expert knowledge of HL7 standards, ADT, ORM, ORU, and interface troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently on complex integration projects
- Excellent documentation, testing, and collaboration skills
