Technical Project Manager

Location: Orlando, FL (onsite)

Duration: 12+ months

• Manage and track multiple data governance projects running in parallel (5–7 at a time).
• Build and maintain detailed project plans in Jira / Smartsheets as available (managing tasks, sprints, timelines, and documentation).
• Drive meeting cadence, agendas, follow‑Client, and communication with minimal supervision.
• Ensure strong documentation practices across the analytics portfolio.
• Provide clear status updates and reporting to leadership on sprint‑based iterative progress, risks, and deadlines.
• Partner with analysts, data engineers, and data scientists across line of businesses.
• Control scope, maintain stakeholder alignment, and identify delivery risks early suggesting effective mitigation plans.

• 6+ years of experience delivering and/or managing technical projects/programs
• Self‑Driven PM with strong soft skills
• Takes initiative, solves problems independently, follows through without hand‑holding.
• Skilled in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint), documentation consistency, meeting structure, and detailed planning.
• Experience in data governance / ETL / foundational data base etc
• Familiarity with one or more tools like Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Proficient in use of Project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA etc.
