We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions.

This role requires a seasoned technical leader with strong communication skills who will collaborate closely with clients to translate business needs into robust, cloud‑native applications.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide cross‑functional teams while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, gathering requirements, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Architect, design, and implement cloud-native applications leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Manage ingress and egress flows, ensuring secure and efficient integration of external systems and APIs.
• Utilize Enterprise Java and the Spring Framework to build scalable, high-performance applications.
• Oversee build and deployment management, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated release processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and agile delivery.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards within enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, driving continuous improvement in reliability and resilience.
