- Drive continuous improvement, enhance user experience, and ensure successful adoption and optimization of systems to improve processes, controls, speed, and agility.
- Serve as a business‑side subject matter expert for the Service Now Source‑to‑Pay product, fielding general questions and facilitating issue resolution with IT.
- Identify and analyze opportunities for continuous process improvement and work with the IT organization to assess and implement new system functionalities and enhancements.
- Coordinate with necessary teams to gather voice‑of‑the‑customer feedback (e.g., requestor and fulfiller focus groups/change champion network) to drive enhancements to the overall user experience.
- Manage and coordinate business‑side User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system changes, fixes, and new releases.
- Ensure change management is incorporated into releases/changes that impact user experience, including communications and training, to prepare and enable end‑users.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to support project management activities, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of initiatives and contribute to special initiatives/projects as needed.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum three years of recent experience as a business systems analyst, process improvement specialist, or similar role supporting enterprise applications; consulting experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, information systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience with source‑to‑pay processes (sourcing, contracting, procurement, vendor management) and related systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office required; direct experience with Service Now is preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify improvement opportunities, and develop fact‑based recommendations from a business owner's perspective.
- Proven ability to manage change, coordinate testing efforts, and understand how technology can improve business processes and controls.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical IT teams.
