We are seeking a Business Process Analyst with strong expertise in digital platforms and ecommerce to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes that drive customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and document current business processes related to ecommerce and digital platforms.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience) to design scalable solutions.
- Define requirements to enhance our digital tools, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Support implementation of ecommerce initiatives, including payment systems, reservation management, and customer journey optimization.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital processes.
- Provide training and documentation to stakeholders on new workflows and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and digital transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably in ecommerce or digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce ecosystems (CMS, ERP, CRM, payment gateways, logistics integrations).
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with platforms such Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks.
- Understanding of customer experience design and ecommerce workflows.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile methodologies.
