- Drive day-to-day operations of the Innovation Network and key University Partnerships programs
- Support pursuits in university ecosystem expansion, go-to-market client pursuits, and architecting unique partnership models for external innovation collaboration
- Manage cross-functional coordination, communications, and deliverables across KPMG teams and external partners
- Manage and advance external university accelerator design, scouting, program operations, and leadership reporting
- Develop and maintain workflows and reusable assets that enable scale
- Prepare executive-ready materials, partner briefs, and meeting/workshop content; conduct research and analysis supporting innovation, emerging tech, and university ecosystem strategy
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in innovation, ideally in a professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university
- Strategic thinker, with strong external innovation network relationships and experience; strong program/project management skills with ability to operate across multiple concurrent work streams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; executive-ready; ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and create structure in ambiguity; professional presence with external partners and senior leaders
- Strong organizational rigor, documentation discipline, and attention to detail
