The entry‑level role processes customer quote requests and orders, tracks status, and ensures alignment with Mitsubishi Power customer service standards. The specialist maintains communication with all internal groups, handles multiple orders simultaneously, and supports after‑hours service emergencies.

• Receive and process customer inquiries, ensuring clear transfer of information to related teams.
• Provide regular status reports for outstanding inquiries and orders.
• Prepare and review quotes and proposals.
• Prioritize and process customer orders.
• Generate specific and clear customer requirements to implementing organizations.
• Schedule and release orders for shipment in accordance with Mitsubishi Power policies and customer requirements.
• Prepare invoice and billing documents per order terms.
• Resolve customer issues related to warranty, suspense, deficiencies, and other contract or purchase‑order issues.
• Provide after‑hours support for outages and emergencies.
• Work closely with the LTSA and Sales teams to develop a centralized tracking system.
• Coordinate efforts with support functions and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist with investigations and resolution of routine problems.
• Coordinate with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Support Customer Master entry and/or maintenance.
• Provide feedback to higher‑level personnel on important customer issues.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Ensure systems of record are fully utilized, maintained, and accurate.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures; report unsafe activities to management.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and passport.

• Ensure proper control of export‑controlled data per policy and federal/state laws.
• Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business‑related field or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years of directly related experience.
• Basic understanding of power plant operation and manufacturing techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures.
• Proficiency in mathematical concepts such as probability, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Problem‑solving ability: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Computer skills in database, project management, spreadsheet, and word processing software.

The role requires standing, walking, bending, talking, and hearing regularly. The specialist must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
