Crossmint is the leading provider of enterprise‑grade technology to help the world build onchain. As an all‑in‑one platform, we offer products spanning wallets, onramps, stablecoin orchestration, checkout, and more. Together, these products enable use cases including embedded finance, money movement, payments, and agentic finance.

We are looking for a senior sales executive to help drive awareness and conversion among the top fintech startups and institutions, including remittance companies focused on cross‑border payments, B2B and B2C neobanks, payroll providers, and more. Supporting winning teams including Money Gram, Wirex, and Santander Bank.

Location

Based in New York City or Miami (preferred), but open to remote applicants within the United States.

About the Role

As a senior sales executive focused on fintech, you will:

  • Own the entire sales cycle end‑to‑end—from prospecting and outbound sourcing to closing high‑value deals.
  • Aggressively target fintech platforms—including remittance providers, neobanks, PSPs, and financial institutions—selling stablecoin and crypto infrastructure solutions.
  • Negotiate and close strategic five‑to‑seven‑figure deals with enterprises and high‑growth startups.
  • Be a thought leader and partner to clients, helping them design and scale use cases that can reach millions of users.
  • Build and sustain long‑term relationships with top clients and ecosystem partners.
  • Develop deep technical expertise in our product suite, collaborating with product and engineering to shape the roadmap and ensure seamless integrations.
  • Feed insights from clients back into the GTM strategy, refining positioning, messaging, and execution to drive growth.
About You

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience at B2B enterprise start‑ups
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, BD, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of closing strategic 6‑7 figure enterprise deals.
  • Experience working at early‑stage startups and scaling revenue teams.
  • Fintech & Stablecoin Expertise
  • Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, with industry connections you can activate.
  • Expertise in stable coins and their applications, positioning yourself as a trusted thought partner to clients.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to confidently sell to developer audiences.
  • The right mindset fit for hypergrowth:
  • Autonomous self‑starter mindset: thrives without layers of support, creates clarity, builds collateral, and drives deals independently.
  • Leverages AI tools to scale outbound, re‑engage leads, and amplify company updates.
  • Trusted cross‑functional partner, sharing insights with product, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
  • Technical fluency and problem‑solving acumen:
  • Comfortable diving into the technical details of the product to confidently engage with engineering‑heavy prospects and answer in‑depth questions.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to act as a strategic thought partner, helping clients design the best solutions for their needs.
