• Define and own end‑to‑end architecture for Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, OCI) and on‑premisesolutions.
• Develop architecture roadmaps and ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Lead Oracle Cloud transformation projects, including Finance, Procurement, and HR modules.
• Conduct workshops, define scope, and estimate effort for client initiatives.
• Oversee integration with enterprise systems and drive process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Partner with client executives, product teams, and delivery leads to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the practice.

• 8+ years of Oracle implementation experience, including at least one full‑life‑cycle Oracle Cloud project.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and OCI technologies.
• Preferred certifications:
  Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), TOGAF, ITIL.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture frameworks and cloud computing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Travel as required.
