Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer Lead to guide our cloud infrastructure team in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across [specific cloud platforms, e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP].

Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Oversee the deployment of cloud infrastructure, applications, and services, while ensuring best practices and automation.

Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards for cloud environments, including access controls, encryption, and auditing.

Continuously monitor and optimize cloud resources to improve performance and cost-efficiency.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish cloud governance models, security protocols, and architectural standards.

Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance in resolving complex technical issues.

Collaborate with cloud service providers, manage vendor relationships, and stay updated on new features and offerings.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud configurations, processes, and procedures.

Stay at the forefront of cloud industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our cloud offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Extensive experience architecting and implementing complex cloud solutions on Azure, GCP and AWS platforms, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.

Expertise in cloud migration strategies, including re-architecting and re-platforming.

Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Terraform, Ansible).

Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a technical team.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect are a plus.
