• Provide onsite technical support for desktop hardware, software, printers, and conference room equipment
• Perform routine tasks such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, and resolving Service Now tickets
• Support asset lifecycle management including deployments, updates, and disposal of outdated equipment
• Maintain documentation including contact lists, process logs, inventory records, and service reports
• Troubleshoot issues using established procedures and escale when necessary
• Monitor and maintain equipment, supplies, and data records to support operations
• Assist with AV setup and virtual meeting support, including preventative maintenance of conference rooms

• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
• Valid U.S. driver's license (must be able to travel and rent vehicles)
• Experience in deskside/desktop support
• Familiarity with AV systems and conference room technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
