IT Service Desk Analyst (Japanese Speaking)
Apply for the IT Service Desk Analyst role at Jobs via Dice in Orlando, FL. This is a 6‑month contract to hire with contract to hire status, based out of Orlando, FL and fully remote.
Responsibilities- Assisting with handling issues/tickets for the Japan operation in Japanese and US based users when no Japanese tickets.
- Providing services to internal Hilton employees through calls and emails.
- Creating tickets and using Service Now, with first call resolution as the main priority.
- Resolving most customer related application and service issues during first contact and escalating complex issues to leadership teams when necessary.
- Documenting all communication in the ticketing system and updating customers regularly on active tickets.
- Fluent in speaking Japanese; required.
- Understanding of monitoring, managing, and maintaining local and remote customer applications and services.
- Working knowledge of network and systems administration and recommended troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Working understanding of the ITIL framework.
- Energetic, responsible, self‑motivated, able to work in a team environment under minimal supervision.
- Exceptional customer service skills and keen attention to detail.

Schedule:
Tuesday‑Saturday 7 pm–4 am EST (Sunday/Monday off). Salary: $20.00–$30.00 per hour.
