Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This long-term contract position involves providing both in-office and field support to clients. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing Windows-based systems and applications while delivering exceptional technical assistance.
Responsibilities- Deliver technical support to clients, both on-site and remotely, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Manage and maintain Windows servers and related infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10 systems to address user needs.
- Administer and support Office 365 applications, ensuring seamless functionality for end users.
- Handle Active Directory tasks, including user account management and permissions setup.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine system processes and support strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to end users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Document all technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend system upgrades as needed.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, including user and group management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration.
- Expertise in configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10 systems.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications and support.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Commitment to staying current with advancements in technology and system practices.
