Basic Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML research and deployment, with a strong background in ML Ops
- Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, including Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn
- Software development skills, including experience with version control systems
- Ability to obtain an interim secret security clearance prior to start; must be a U.S. citizen
- Experience with ML pipeline packages such as Flyte, Kubeflow Pipelines, and MLFlow
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in a team environment
- Experience with data storage libraries such as Feathr and LakeFS
- Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Experience deploying AI and statistical algorithm systems on high performance compute infrastructure
- Experience with AI/ML ethics, fairness, and transparency
- Leverage advanced analytics, web development, data engineering, and machine learning to drive data‑driven decision‑making across MFC engineering and production
- Apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data from engineering development and production sources
- Develop, implement, and advocate for AI‑powered solutions
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications and develop proof‑of‑concepts
- Establish rigorous standards for ML Ops strategies for various programs and applications
- Maintain AI/ML systems, including data pipelines, model training, optimization, and deployment
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including new algorithms, techniques, and tools
- Collaborate with external partners, including academia and industry, to advance ML Ops research and applications
