Desktop Support Technician- Orlando

An employer in Sarasota, Florida is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to sit on-site in Orlando, Florida. This person will:
Support internal employees out of the Orlando office with various technical issues. This could include network connectivity, break/fix of equipment, workstation set up/break down, Windows issues, etc.
This person will be working off of a Jira ticketing system and must adhere to best practices for ticket documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in a technical support role
Experience troubleshooting issues within Windows operating systems
Light network connectivity experience
Excellent communication and experience working with executive-level leadership
Driven, intrinsically motivated

Experience with MFA
