Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Digital Account Coordinator to support our growing team. This full-time, in-house position will manage client communications, coordinate digital campaigns, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You’ll serve as a key liaison between clients and our internal creative, development, and strategy teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in digital marketing with a fast-paced, innovative agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for multiple digital marketing accounts
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns across SEO, social media, PPC, email, and content
  • Communicate with clients and internal team members regularly to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver reports
  • Support tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Maintain organized client documentation and account files
  • Assist in developing meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on all client projects.
  • Performance marketing essentials such as social media calendar, writing blogs, newsletters, and helping with QA, editing, and delivering to meet client expectations
  • Assist in overseeing communications within a variety of media outlets, such as a website, social media campaign, or electronic newsletter
  • Collaborates with specialists at the appropriate time to ensure consensus around the scope of work, project approach, reporting, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
  • GPA of 3.70 or higher is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills—must thrive in client-facing roles
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics, social platforms, or project management tools is a plus.
