We are looking for QA Analysts with strong skills in mobile testing, automation, and API testing (Postman) who thrive in a fast-paced environment
. This is a remote opportunity, open to U.S.

-based candidates in the following approved states:

Note: If the contractor lives near Tampa, onsite training will be required. Interviews will be conducted via video with the hiring manager and team lead.

The Software Quality Assurance Analyst applies quality assurance practices and principles throughout the software development life cycle, including planning, design, and execution of testing. This role works closely with developers and business analysts to validate requirements, ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, and maintain a “zero-defect” approach for all assigned projects. The ideal candidate embraces automation to minimize repetitive testing tasks while thoroughly documenting and analyzing results.

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with the team to design and execute effective test strategies and plans.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure Dev Ops for test management.
• Evaluate product code and ensure it meets specifications.
• Log and document defects, reporting issues to development teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and complete compliance/security requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in software QA/testing with proven hands-on experience.
• Strong skills in mobile testing, automation frameworks, and API testing (Postman required).
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and task management.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of credit union systems, software, products, and compliance requirements.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and industry compliance in financial services.
