the Role

The Manager of AI Strategy is responsible for leading how AI capabilities are integrated across Brand, Communications, and Digital Marketing to enhance efficiency, creativity, and customer connection. The role defines the organization’s approach to AI within marketing workflows, ensuring teams can move faster, scale personalization, and deliver stronger outcomes through data-driven insights and intelligent automation. The position partners closely with cross‑functional teams—including SEO, Communications, Web Production, Creative, and Technology—to translate business needs into scalable AI use cases and ensure seamless adoption across channels.

How

You’ll Shine AI Strategy & Roadmap Leadership
  • Implement, manage, and evolve the AI roadmap for Brand, Communications, and Digital Marketing.
  • Identify strategic opportunities where AI can accelerate workflows, improve creative output, and enhance customer connection.
  • Evaluate organizational readiness and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Ensure AI strategy remains aligned with broader business goals and evolving marketing priorities.
AI Enablement, Tools, & Experimentation
  • Evaluate, pilot, and scale emerging AI tools that support personalization, segmentation, and content generation.
  • Build frameworks, guidelines, and best practices that support responsible and consistent AI use across teams.
  • Enable marketing teams through training, documentation, and hands‑on support to improve adoption and efficiency.
  • Assess tool performance and integrate learnings into future recommendations.
AEO & Digital Innovation Support
  • Drive forward the organization’s AEO strategy in partnership with SEO, Communications, and Web Production.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital discoverability and on‑site experiences using AI.
  • Ensure AI‑enabled insights inform digital content, structure, and optimization decisions.
Insight Development, Research, & Trend Monitoring
  • Monitor emerging AI capabilities, industry shifts, and competitive use cases relevant to marketing.
  • Translate complex trends into practical recommendations for leadership and marketing teams.
  • Inform long‑term planning and ensure the organization is positioned ahead of major AI‑driven changes.
Collaboration & Enablement
  • Communicate AI progress, program updates, and impact measurements to leadership and cross‑functional partners.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and business cases in a clear and compelling manner.
Travel Requirements
  • 5‑10% for global team integration, vendor management, and leadership meetings.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing, including personalization, segmentation, and creative generation.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities using AI to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and comfort leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate innovation into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI principles and practical evaluation of AI‑driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms related to content generation, customer segmentation, and chat automation.
  • Experience with marketing technology solutions such as CDPs (Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform) and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of natural language processing, recommendation systems, and related AI concepts.
