Quality Assurance Analyst II

This role is based in Florida and is primarily work‑from‑home with brief office visits as needed.

The Quality Assurance Analyst II provides automated and manual software testing and quality assurance to ensure all aspects of a software solution meet functional and technical requirements.

• Regression testing support of existing websites
• Create end‑to‑end test plans, execute, and manage all activities to meet objectives
• Test applications for functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with legacy or external systems
• Identify and resolve issues before product release
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using existing frameworks and tools
• Maintain and update automation scripts as requirements evolve
• Mentor QA team members on test automation efforts
• Produce manual and automated test cases from requirements analysis
• Shift between automation and manual testing as needed
• Verify bug fixes and system enhancements
• Collaborate with developers to provide iterative feedback
• Estimate task completion and track deadlines
• Other support tasks as required

• 5+ years of real‑world QA experience
• 3+ years of real‑world test automation experience
• Experience with Quality Management Software and processes
• Direct experience with RESTful APIs and REST‑assured libraries
• Automated script design, coding, debugging, and maintenance
• Java coding experience
• Experience with Selenium and TestNG
• Understanding of software design, development, and architecture
• Advanced knowledge of Web Standards, Accessibility Standards, and browser compatibility
• Understanding of User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI)
• Ability to work under deadline‑driven conditions
• Self‑motivated, organized, logical, and detail‑oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player capable of independent work
• Ability to manage simultaneous projects of varying size and complexity
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum
• Passion for new technology and software
• Business process understanding
• Technical knowledge of services being tested (MySQL, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, JSON, API integration – SOAP UI, POSTMAN, etc.)
