Responsibilities- Advise and support clients in end‑to‑end eDiscovery work streams, emphasizing review analytics such as active learning and other TAR workflows; advise on best practices, processes and procedures for robust eDiscovery platforms like Nuix, Reveal, and Relativity, and migration of ESI into the Relativity review platform.
- Provide presentations, demonstrations and training of KPMG’s products and services to prospective clients, and recommend effective project management solutions, determine and implement appropriate workflows, respond to RFPs, and generate budget estimates.
- Develop proficiency in and utilize the various tools available to KPMG for collection, data processing, hosting and production throughout the eDiscovery project life cycle.
- Maintain regular contact with and manage client expectations to ensure client satisfaction and report project progress, both internally and externally.
- Consult with clients on document review and production workflows using Relativity and other eDiscovery tools/solutions.
- Coordinate interdepartmental resources to ensure project completion on schedule, identify process and quality improvements, and conduct post‑project analysis.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum three years of recent experience managing evidence discovery processes.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience; preferred certifications include Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Review Specialist (RRS), Nuix certifications, and Reveal Brain Space.
- Basic and/or advanced knowledge of Nuix, Relativity/Relativity One, Reveal, Brainspace, SQL, Python, storage management/infrastructure management, and other eDiscovery platforms/tools.
- Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and experience with eDiscovery technologies and large‑scale document review and production.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with various levels of management; experience using litigation support applications and/or forensic collection tools; exceptional client service and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG will not sponsor U.S. work visas for this opportunity.
