Job Overview

Classified Cyber Security/ISSO in Orlando, FL at Lockheed Martin.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Classified Cyber Security professional you will protect classified information systems, ensuring full compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily information‑system security activities, including audits of hardware, software, and RMF package approvals.
  • Perform technical administration of information systems to meet internal Lockheed Martin and customer security mandates (RMF‑focused).
  • Maintain, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security incidents, documenting actions with the ISSM.
  • Participate in internal and external security audits, inspections, and risk‑assessment efforts, keeping comprehensive configuration‑management records.
  • Collaborate with the ISSM and Program Security to communicate, implement, and manage the formal Information Security / Information Systems Security Program.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen. Candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Desired Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Experience working with classified information systems.
  • Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts.
  • Knowledge of system accreditation requirements and NIST 800-53 (DAAG/JSIG) RMF implementation.
  • Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security.
  • Knowledge of industry standard Information Assurance tools (Splunk, Nessus/Tenable/ACAS, STIG Viewer/SCAP Compliance Checker/eSTIG, McAfee ePO, McAfee DLP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface with security agencies, customers, and senior management.
  • Ability to speak in front of large groups of people.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top‑Secret clearance.
