Cash Republic (d.b.a Omni Financial) is a Fintech company focused on underserved consumers. We offer banking and loan services to U.S. military personnel stationed across the globe, with branches near military bases and an omnichannel digital platform. Cash Republic delivers financial freedom through unrivaled service, personalized guidance, and economic access.

• Serve as the point of contact for users seeking technical assistance in person, by phone, and via email.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
• User creation and maintenance within Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Office 365, and 8×8 phone systems.
• Assist in maintaining all networks by evaluating performance issues, planning and installing, configuring, and testing equipment, upholding network policies and procedures, establishing and maintaining VPN connections, and administering Fortinet firewalls and switches.
• Assist in software, hardware, and network upgrades and enhancements by conferring with vendors to develop, test, and evaluate changes and upgrades.

• Knowledge of Microsoft IaaS platform & AWS Cloud networking, computing, and data management.
• LAN & WAN network topologies, security concepts, and a strong knowledge of data communications (TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN’s).
• Fortinet security appliances & routers.
• Ipsec & SSL VPN’s.
• Windows Desktop operating systems.
• Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
• Entra AD and Microsoft Domain Management – Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Telecommunication Skills (VOIP, SIP, PRI).
• Microsoft Office 365.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or a related discipline) or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $60K – $70K
