Role and Location

• Job Type: Contract on W2
• Location: Orlando, FL (onsite)

• Agile Frameworks: Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices; facilitate agile ceremonies with a focus on improving team maturity in following agile delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Analytical, conceptual strategic planning and execution skills; familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Authority on Agile: Possess confidence to be the voice of authority on agile process matters.
• Tools and KPIs: Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira (Jira Align, Jira Premium), Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops; advanced Jira experience on customization and configuration to measure and track OKRs and Agile KPIs.
• Technology & Change: Understanding of current and emerging technologies to drive digital business; experience managing change with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Requirements & Project Management: Requirements analysis to tailor product and platform operating model solutions; planning and execution to manage projects on time and within budget while meeting technical and quality requirements; capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Change Management: Experience leading whole systems change, transformation processes, systems thinking, people-centered change management, and portfolio management.

• Skills Required: At least three years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development, digital transformation, or technical product-focused, agile environment with multiple delivery teams.
• Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience with agile teams in the delivery and development of software solutions.
• Lifecycle: Experience in agile software development lifecycle.
• Organization: Experience in a multi-national, matrix-structured organization preferred; experience in Hotel Management, Vacation Ownership, or Hospitality is REQUIRED.
