Business Solutions Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Airtable Solutions Analyst to lead the configuration, optimization, and integration of two key internal products: the Vendor Management Request Intake and the Contract Library. This role operates in a scrum team environment, partnering closely with product owners and stakeholders to deliver scalable Airtable solutions and seamless integrations across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, and maintain Airtable applications supporting vendor management and contract lifecycle workflows.
• Build and maintain Airtable automations, interfaces, and custom scripts to streamline processes and improve user experience.
• Design and implement integrations between Airtable and other enterprise platforms using APIs, custom scripts, or middleware tools.
• Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to define sprint goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions featuring clean data architecture and intuitive user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot, refine, and enhance existing Airtable bases for improved performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Document system configurations, integration decisions, workflows, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience configuring Airtable at scale (bases, automations, interfaces, scripts).
• Hands‑on experience integrating Airtable with enterprise systems via APIs or middleware.
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of data modeling and workflow automation.
• Ability to work effectively within a scrum/agile environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
