OverviewWe are currently looking for a Claims Medical Only Representative who has a passion to provide outstanding administrative, claim and customer support. Do you love learning how things work and being part of a team with shared goals? You may be an excellent fit for this exciting role!
How you’ll make an impact– Key Responsibilities
- Make a difference by communicating effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and make connections.
- Accurately set reserves, make payments and document file activity by working with clients, claimants, vendors, field personnel and other internal or external resources.
- Provide fair, equitable and timely claim disposition, consistent with our standards.
- Use analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims.
– Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year related experience.
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
- Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, applicable state laws and accepted industry standards and practices.
- Computer experience with related claims and business software.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
