Quality Engineer - Test Management

- Lead end-to-end functional, system, integration, and regression testing for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and scenarios independently.
- Monitor test execution, manage defects, and report status to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Development, BA, Product, and Release teams for smooth delivery.
- Mentor junior testers and drive QA best practices.
- Test planning, test case creation/execution, defect management, regression and performance testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Leadership experience managing QA teams and independent testing.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Automation testing (web/mobile), Appium experience.
- Mobile testing, Cloud JIRA, Kanban, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline familiarity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
