Shift: Days

Administers, maintains, and monitors the data communications network, equipment, and operational systems to ensure network availability to system users.

Resolves data communications problems and performs technical evaluation, installation, maintenance, and support for all computer systems software, including core systems.

Participates in all systems updates, releases, and conversions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, replacements, upgrades, or coordinates vendor assistance for network and systems-related hardware and software.

Communicates effectively with staff to provide accurate and timely technical assistance, responding to queries in person or over the phone and following up to ensure issue resolution.
