Tax research is part of the role, as is presenting clear, practical conclusions. You will also mentor junior staff and support their development as the firm continues to grow.

The client mix is roughly forty percent individual and sixty percent business, with revenues ranging from the low millions up to around twenty-five million dollars.

They are looking for someone with at least five years of public accounting experience, holding a CPA or EA. Confidence with Quick Books and business accounting is important, as is experience with Ultra Tax or similar software. Strong communication, organisation, and client-service skills matter, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing deadlines. The style that works best here is steady, collaborative, and relationship-driven.
