Description:

A large-scale automation initiative is underway to streamline regression testing for a major electronic medical records (EMR) platform. The system is already implemented, and the focus is now on accelerating test automation using an existing framework. The project requires a team of automation engineers to build out end-to-end test cases based on high-level business workflows.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support this project, and the role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and reliable software solutions within the healthcare domain.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across QA and automation work streams.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including QA engineers, developers, clinical informatics teams, and vendor partners.

Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure alignment with regulatory and clinical standards.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Ensure documentation and reporting meet healthcare compliance and audit standards.

Required Experience:

* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare IT or software development.

* Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and SDLC.

* Experience managing projects involving EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech).

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare compliance requirements.

Plusses:

* PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred.

* Healthcare or EMR experience is a plus but not mandatory.

* Familiarity with EMR systems or healthcare workflows.
