By fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and accountability, this role will play a pivotal part in propelling the commercial success of Disney’s Parks & Resorts digital platforms.

This leadership position sits in the Digital Experience Technology (DXT) division on the Commerce team, reports to the VP, Revenue Management, Product Management, and Commerce Shared Services, and works closely with the Disney business and commercial teams.

  • Working directly across business teams to identify strategies and requirements to drive quantifiable value with data and analytics.
  • Oversee strategy and execution for the entire digital commerce funnel, driving guest engagement, conversion, and monetization across web and app platforms.
  • Guide teams in developing and optimizing specialized product verticals, including Annual Pass, Magic Key, and park events.

  • Represent Disney Experience Technology as a visible leader and advocate, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote innovation, accountability, and excellence, ensuring alignment with Disney’s strategic priorities and guest experience standards.
