Since 2004, CESI has been at the forefront of developing, maintaining, and integrating simulation-based training, serious gaming, technical services, training and other support in live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVCG) domains. CESI also designs, builds and runs infrastructure, platforms, applications and processes that enable cyber training for the integrated multi-domain force. Our vision is to become a worldwide full spectrum LVCG and cyber training/analysis developer, integrator and services provider.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with business users, systems administrators, and the management team to deliver scalable SharePoint solutions that meet our dynamic project needs. This includes:

  • Ensuring best practice operational processes are in place and adhered to
  • Providing recommendations on improvements
  • Providing technical analysis on business projects
  • Recommending changes to policy and procedure
  • Driving efficiencies through optimization and automation
  • Effectively serving as the onsite technical and functional liaison for SharePoint portal solutions
  • Apply communication and problem-solving skills to actively assist with design, development, deployment and operations of SharePoint solutions
  • Maintain and manage the SharePoint 2019 farm instance hosted on premise
  • Investigate new SharePoint-related technologies and serving as a technical resource in helping to define and implement SharePoint strategy in the content management, collaboration and workflow space
  • Train and support business users in their day to day SharePoint needs
  • Work directly with functional areas to define business needs and coordinating with IT leadership to align with strategic goals to craft and deliver solution design proposals and estimates
  • Transform project specifications into solutions that meet business requirements using SharePoint, leveraging native and 3rd party workflow tools, various data sources and business systems interfaces
  • Manage SharePoint system and content permissions, managing system changes, and enforcing policies to conform to firm operational standards
  • Work closely with various departments and teams to build and implement solutions leveraging SharePoint forms architecture, visualizations and workflow technologies
  • Develop customer relationships by making efforts to listen and understand the customer; anticipating and providing solutions to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or related field (6 years’ experience in lieu of degree)

  • Proven .NET experience as well as a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming

Security

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U. S. Citizenship status with ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance. Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order.
