Prepares business work plans to support analysis and the testing of system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements. Vendor Management to meet expected service levels. Meeting facilitation or presentation to small collaborative groups. Manage small projects Provides support for configuring, implementing, and maintaining technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments.

Evaluates work processes, assesses the feasibility of small to medium project requests, and resolves operational issues. Develops clear, concise specifications and accompanying documentation as assigned or as needed Plans, develops, and executes comprehensive test scenarios to ensure thorough validation. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/GED 1 year Application, implementation and support experience in addition to and 5 years Progressive experience in Information Services or Combination of Information Services and direct Health Care experience or Large-Scale implementation/Upgrades Comprehensive test plan development
