Principal SAP Service Management Enterprise Applications Consultant

Job Description Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP Service Management Enterprise Applications Consultant As a Principal Enterprise Applications SAP Service Management consultant, you will be a expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.

You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

Location for this position is Orlando, FL. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications
• SAP Rollout:o Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM).o Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement document so Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.o Lead Unit test and UAT testing.o Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
• Data Migration:o Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program
• Hypercare Support:o Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.o Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.o Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.

Collaboration & Communication:o Work closely with capability Leads of SAP ie. SD, MM, PP, FI to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.o Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
• User Support & Training:o Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.o Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
