Responsibilities- Act as the highest technical escalation point for SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and OCI database environments.
- Lead enterprise database modernization, cloud migration, and upgrade projects.
- Design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure database architectures.
- Perform proactive health checks, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
- Mentor L1/L2 DBAs and establish operational best practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and security teams to deliver resilient database services.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
