QA/UX Pricing Tester

Location: Orlando, Florida (Remote)

We are seeking a QA/UX Pricing Tester to support our Pricing and Revenue Business Team. This role involves working with business users to understand requirements and pricing rules to ensure accuracy through validation testing. The position will focus on designing test cases for pricing scenarios, particularly in the context of company acquisitions, and validating system functionality.

• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test scenarios for new pricing functionality, enhancements, and system changes.
• Develop test plans to ensure all business requirements, pricing rules, and customer pricing scenarios are validated prior to deployment.
• Conduct manual, functional, and regression testing to confirm that new system changes operate as intended.
• Query data from databases using SQL and perform back-end testing in collaboration with an automation engineer.
• Create and maintain test scenarios covering complex pricing logic, including customer-specific, fuel, contract, and location-specific pricing.
• Perform detailed validation of pricing outcomes to ensure the accurate application of rates, discounts, and other components.
• Support integrations, acquisitions, and new location onboarding projects by executing testing scenarios that validate pricing configuration.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects and inconsistencies using Jira.
• Maintain testing documentation, test evidence, and sign-off records.
• Provide user experience (UX) feedback on pricing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in manual testing.

Technical

Skills:

Proficiency with SQL for database querying.

Must be solution-oriented.

• Experience with the Conga pricing tool.
• Previous project experience in a pricing or financial domain.
