We are seeking a Oracle APEX Developer & Database Specialist (1 - 2 years of experience) with a strong foundation in database design, PL/SQL development, and Oracle APEX application development. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, business-oriented, and highly responsive professional who can gather requirements, engage directly with stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end solutions. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, understands the business, and provides exceptional support to users across the region.
Required Skills:- Strong expertise in Oracle Database Design, Data Modeling, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle APEX.
- Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with application security, user roles, and access management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Snowflake
- Alteryx
- Basic Power BI
- Basic Git Lab
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Database expert with strong technical fundamentals.
- Skilled Oracle APEX developer capable of independently delivering enterprise applications.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated.
- Curious and eager to understand business processes.
- Extremely responsive and customer-focused.
- Strong supporter of end users across multiple regions.
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and leading requirements discussions.
- Agile mindset with experience participating in Scrum ceremonies and iterative development.
- Hybrid position.
- Must be able to work from the Orlando office three (3) days per week.
