Job Summary
We are seeking an Oracle APEX Developer & Database Specialist with 1–2 years of experience and a strong foundation in database design, PL/SQL development, and Oracle APEX application development.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, business-oriented, and highly responsive, with the ability to gather requirements, engage directly with stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end solutions. The candidate should take ownership, understand business processes, and provide exceptional support to users across multiple regions.

Responsibilities Design and develop database solutions using Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Oracle APEX.Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Manage application security, user roles, and access controls.

Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide timely resolutions.

Engage directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead requirements discussions.

Deliver end-to-end application solutions independently.

Provide responsive, customer-focused support to end users across multiple regions.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support iterative development.

Required Qualifications 1–2 years of relevant experience in Oracle APEX development and database technologies.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Database design, data modeling, SQL, and PL/SQL.Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX application development.

Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Knowledge of application security, user roles, and access management.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Snowflake and Alteryx.

Basic knowledge of Power BI.Basic knowledge of Git Lab.

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Willingness to learn business processes and deliver iterative solutions.

Work Arrangement Hybrid work arrangement.

Must be able to work from the designated office three days per week.
