Join a growing legal team as a strategic advisor on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and digital compliance
. This role partners closely with business, technology, information security, and compliance leaders to support innovation while managing legal and regulatory risk.
- Advise on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, AI governance, and digital compliance matters.
- Lead privacy-by-design initiatives and support data governance programs.
- Counsel on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, and emerging global privacy regulations.
- Negotiate DPAs, technology agreements, SaaS contracts, and other privacy-related commercial agreements.
- Support cybersecurity incident response, breach management, and regulatory inquiries.
- Partner with stakeholders on digital transformation, cloud services, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement privacy, AI, and compliance frameworks and policies.
- JD from top ranked accredited U.S. law school.
- 3-5 years of legal experience
- Strong background in data privacy, cybersecurity, technology transactions, and AI.
- Experience advising on global privacy laws and regulatory compliance.
