Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with hands-on development exposure to help bring structure, clarity, and delivery rigor to a growing technical team. This role is ideal for someone who is not a traditional, administrative only PM, but instead can work closely with developers, understand the technical landscape, and actively guide execution using Agile/Scrum practices.
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for driving project planning, defining milestones and deliverables, improving Scrum execution, and ensuring cross functional alignment across technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Agile/Scrum project execution, ensuring ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) are effectively implemented and followed
* Establish and maintain project structure, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
* Partner closely with developers to translate business requirements into actionable technical work
* Track progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies; proactively escalate and resolve issues
* Support backlog grooming, sprint prioritization, and release planning
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and accountability
* Contribute light technical support as needed (code reviews, troubleshooting, solution discussions)
Requirements
* 2-3+ years of experience in technical project management, Scrum Master, or hybrid PM/developer roles
* Hands-on experience working with software development teams
* Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and software delivery life cycles
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to thrive in an evolving environment where processes are still being refined
* Willingness to be onsite in Orlando at least 3 days per week (nonnegotiable)
Technical Environment:
Exposure to or working knowledge of the following is strongly preferred:
* Low code/analytics platforms:

* Data & scripting:

* BI & visualization:
Tableau, Power BI
* Automation concepts: RPA / UiPath (high level understanding)
Preferred Qualifications:

* Scrum Master, PMP, or Agile certifications (preferred, not required)
* Interest in emerging AI enabled or data driven project work
