Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 / year
DescriptionHEDSouth is growing, and we're looking for an IT Specialist to own the technology that keeps our office, field, and leadership teams running smoothly and securely.
You Are:- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Security-minded, highly organized, and proactive about solving problems before they happen. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

Location:
- Our Office: 2010 Thomas St Hollywood, FL 33020
Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk) - We do not short your hours!!!
- Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm
- Occasional after hours support for urgent outages

Design, Deploy, Support - Documentation:
Track all systems, accounts, licenses, and configurations - Support:
First and last line of support for internal and client related outages - Microsoft 365 Administration:
Entra , SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams - Security & Backup:
Protect company and client data, maintain backups and recovery plans
Experience:
- 5+ yrs of experience in IT, systems administration, or network administration
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Strong networking and endpoint management skills across Windows and macOS
- Able to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical staff and clients
- Luxury or high net worth client experience (a plus!)
- $80k-$90k/year - Yup!
