Job Description The Missiles and Fire Control Chief Information Officer (CIO) organization is looking for a skilled IT Business Partner to join our team supporting the ARRW program within the Air Dominance and Strike Weapons (ADSW) line of business. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between IT and the program ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives and drive organizational success.

What You Will Be Doing The IT Business Partner requires both technical expertise and business acumen to facilitate communication and collaboration across various departments, contributing to the effective use of IT systems and resources.  Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain program/project plans, budgets, and staffing structures.

Coordinate with security, acquisition, and engineering stakeholders for classified and unclassified issues.

Provide status reporting and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership.

Promote enterprise IT services and drive adoption of best practices.

Support hands‑on technical development when program needs dictate.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance5 + years of experience in a rapid change technical environment

Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and functional specifications.

Strong project management skills, including experience with status reporting, risk tracking, and roadmap development.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across program teams, functional organizations, and Information Technology partners

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and senior leadership.

Familiarity with IT governance, demand/intake processes, and cross directorate coordination.

Ability to work in a fast paced, mission critical environment and manage competing priorities
