- Provide level 1 technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and update our company's IT systems and software, ensuring they are running smoothly and securely.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems as needed.
- Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all IT activities and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common office productivity software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
