22 is partnering with a large, privately held, diversified organization headquartered in Central Florida to hire a Lead Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) Sales & Production.

The organization has a long history and operates across several major business segments, including agriculture, fresh food production and distribution, land management, real estate development, and residential homebuilding. Its operations include the production and supply of fresh and fresh-cut vegetables and citrus, agricultural operations involving crops and cattle, and large-scale community development and homebuilding.

Given the diversity of its operations, the organization maintains a complex business environment spanning sales, production, supply chain, inventory, warehousing, planning, finance, and other interconnected operational processes.

This position will serve as a senior functional leader for D365 Sales and Production, helping shape the design, configuration, optimization, and continued evolution of the organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

The ideal candidate combines deep D365 F&SCM Sales and Production expertise with strong business-process knowledge and a configure-before-customize mindset.

• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes across:
  • Sales order management
  • Customer setup
  • Pricing and discounts
  • Order promising and fulfillment
  • Production control
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Formulas and routes
  • Resources and capacity planning
  • Production scheduling
  • Subcontracting
• Translate complex Sales and Production requirements into scalable D365 F&SCM functional solutions.
• Lead fit-to-standard and fit-gap assessments.
• Determine whether requirements should be addressed through standard functionality, configuration, workflow, business-process change, or custom development.
• Evaluate cross-module impacts involving Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Master Planning, Product Information Management, Quality Management, Cost Management, and Finance.
• Develop functional requirements, process flows, configuration specifications, solution designs, and decision documentation.

• Lead hands-on functional configuration across Sales and Production.
• Configure areas including:
  • Sales order parameters
  • Pricing and discount structures
  • Delivery and reservation settings
  • Production groups
  • Production-control parameters
  • BOMs and formulas
  • Routes and resources
  • Calendars and scheduling
• Demonstrate standard D365 functionality and recommend practical configuration alternatives.
• Evaluate standard product capabilities and potential business-process changes before recommending customization.
• Challenge unnecessary custom development when standard D365 functionality, configuration, or process redesign can address the requirement.
• Evaluate Microsoft D365 F&SCM releases and identify opportunities to replace manual processes or existing customizations with standard functionality.

• Serve as the senior Sales and Production functional counterpart to implementation consultants throughout discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap sessions, solution demonstrations, and design reviews.
• Review implementation-partner designs and configuration recommendations for alignment with business requirements and D365 standards.
