Why This Manager of AI and Automation Opportunity Stands OutThis position offers the opportunity to build an analytics and automation capability while connecting technical innovation with accounting, audit, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will:
- Build and shape a newly created analytics and AI automation function
- Develop solutions with meaningful organization-wide impact
- Partner with leadership across audit, accounting, technology, and operations
- Gain visibility across complex business processes, data, and risk areas
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through analytics, AI, and automation
- Translate accounting, audit, and operational needs into practical technical solutions
- Analyze complex datasets to identify risks, trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Develop dashboards, automated workflows, and continuous monitoring solutions
- Partner with business and technology teams to implement scalable solutions
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics, AI, automation, business intelligence, or data science
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar technologies
- Understanding of accounting, audit, risk, controls, or business processes
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
